Abstract
The United States is in the midst of an education revolution, since the pandemic response has awakened
parents to demand curriculum transparency, more flexibility, and better educational options for their
children–without added costs. Competition is the key to such improvements. To overcome the well funded compulsory government education system takes a multifaceted approach. This landscape analysis
shows what is happening and what still should happen in policy, professional development of teachers,
and the private sector.
